The SOS Gate Trigger enables residents and employees to enter through the gate using an RFID tag instead of a remote or code. Once the tag is within range, the gate will open, with the range adjustable up to 500 feet. This RFID upgrade is a popular choice among high-end gate owners for its convenience.

The system is adaptable for use in apartments and homeowners associations (HOAs). With a 26-bit Wiegand output, it can be integrated into an existing access control system. If no access control system is present, a simplified control system can be added for easy management of tags. Additionally, the SOS Gate Trigger includes a standard SOS unit that allows emergency vehicles to gain access by activating their "Yelp" sirens for 3 seconds.
