Built-in speakers ensure high-quality communication, and the system supports VoIP phone service for 10-digit calls. Phone.com is required for VoIP, with additional charges potentially applying.
Security
Two-factor authentication secures residents’ information, and the system connects to myQ Community for managing multiple entry points. Residents can remotely identify visitors before granting access and receive email notifications when suspended codes are used.
Connectivity
The myQ app allows residents to manage the property from their smartphones, and the system connects via either a wired internet connection or Wi-Fi.
LiftMaster CAPXM for Customized Control
The LiftMaster CAPXM uses the myQ Community Web Platform, a cloud-based solution that allows both residents and managers to better control the system. Users can set schedules for specific individuals, such as for deliveries, cleaners, or babysitters. When at home, residents can "press to unlock" any access point they have permission to use to admit visitors or themselves.
For administrators or managers of the gated community, the LiftMaster CAPXM provides six customizable program roles with specific log-in credentials based on their management levels. It also enables adding or deleting residents and assigning entrance access, even in the absence of managers.
